Location

The three-bedroom town house is fully air-conditioned. It is located approximately 500 metres from a long sandy beach as well as the tourist area of Limassol offering countless bars and restaurants. The old town area of Limassol is also a short walk away with its individual shops and places of historic interest.

Pafos airport is approximately a forty five minutes drive away and Larnaca airport approximately a one hour drive.  We can arrange airport collection and return if required from either airport.

Accommodation

There are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite and double bed, the remaining two bedrooms have two single beds in each. An additional bathroom is on the first floor and a toilet is downstairs. The two front bedrooms have balconies overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

The large lounge diner has patio doors leading onto a sunny south-facing patio. There is a bed settee in the lounge which increases the facilities to sleep eight people. There is a television and DVD player with a facility for Sky channels.

The brand new fully fitted kitchen has a gas hob and electric fan oven, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

The large shared pool, which is approximately 15 x 5 metres is situated at the front of the house with changing facilities available.

Special reductions: For parties of less than six persons or lets of more than two weeks (details on request).

The rental charge for the property is weekly (any additional days will be charged accordingly) and is inclusive of electricity, gas, water, linen, towels etc. Air conditioning is charged extra.
